TRANSFORMASI KONFLIK ANTAR SISWA MELALUI STRATEGI KONSELING TEMAN SEBAYA: MEWUJUDKAN SEKOLAH HARMONIS DAN EMPATIK
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan konseling teman sebaya pada siswa SMA Negeri 13 Bandung sebagai upaya mengatasi konflik antar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Pelatihan diberikan kepada 20 siswa perwakilan kelas 10 dan 11, menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, simulasi, dan brainstorming. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep dan teknik konseling teman sebaya, kemampuan mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan konflik, serta perubahan perilaku sosial, seperti komunikasi yang lebih baik, peningkatan empati, dan toleransi. Program ini juga mendukung terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang lebih harmonis dan kondusif, dengan siswa yang terlatih sebagai agen perubahan. Keberlanjutan program direncanakan melalui pembentukan tim konselor sebaya dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan efektivitasnya.
