PERBEDAAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA MENGGUNAKAN PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI DAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF DI UPTD SMP NEGERI 1 GUNUNGSITOLI ALO’OA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Alo’oa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimen (eksperimen semu). Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kelas VIII-A sebagai kelas eksperimen I (E1) dan kelas VIII-B sebagai kelas eksperimen II (E2) yang dipilih melalui teknik sampel jenuh (saturated sampling) yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel di mana seluruh anggota populasi penelitian diikutsertakan sebagai sampel karena keterbatasan jumlah populasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 83,33 untuk kelas eksperimen 1 dan pembelajaran kooperatif memperoleh nilai rata-rata 79,17 untuk kelas eksperimen 2. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan secara statistik antara capaian hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajarkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan peserta didik yang diajarkan pembelajaran kooperatif.
