PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH WANITA DAN MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH BERBASIS DIGITAL TERHADAP KOMPETENSI GURU MADRASAH
Abstract
The aim of the study is how the influence of female madrasah leadership on the competence of madrasa teachers in Balikpapan City. The effect of digital-based school management on the competence of madrasa teachers in Balikpapan City. The joint influence of the leadership of female madrasa heads and digital-based school management on the competence of madrasa teachers in Balikpapan City. This study used a quantitative approach with a study population of 6 madrasas, 2 each at the MI, MTs and MA levels with a total of 171 teachers and the sample was determined using a random sampling technique and 81 respondents were selected. Data was collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a valid instrument of 52 items, shared using the Google form with WhatsApp. The data were analyzed by multiple regression statistics or analysis of the t-test and F-test data with SPSS version 24. The results of the study 1. There was an effect of X1 on Y which was 0.007 <0.05 and the t-count value was 2,755 > t-table 1,984 so that it could be concluded that H1 was accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y. 2. There is an effect of X2 on Y of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 10,226 > 1,984 3. There is an effect of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of f count 58,017 > 1,984 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of X1 and X2 together (simultaneously) on Y.
Abstrak Tujuan penelitian bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita terhadap kompetensi guru madrasah di Kota Balikpapan. Pengaruh manajemen sekolah berbasis digital terhadap kompetensi guru madrasah di Kota Balikpapan Pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita dan manajemen sekolah berbasis digital terhadap kompetensi guru madrasah di Kota Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian 6 madrasah, masing-masing 2 madrasah pada jenjang MI, MTs maupun MA dengan jumlah guru 171 orang dan ditetapkan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling (sampel secara acak) dan terpilih sebanyak 81 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan quesioner (angket) dengan instrument yang valid 52 item, dibagikan menggunakan google formulir dengan WhatsApp. Data dianalisis statistic Regresi ganda atau analisa data uji t dan uji F dengan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian 1. Terdapat hasil pengaruh X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,007 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2.755 > t tabel 1.984 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima yang berart terdapat pengaruh X1 terhadap Y. 2.Terdapat hasil pengaruh X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 10.226 > 1.984 3. Terdapat hasil pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai f hitung 58.017 > 1.984 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara Bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Y.
