Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Kelas dalam Menyusun RPP Tematik Terpadu dengan Pendekatan Saintifik melalui Bimbingan Berkelanjutan di SDN 1 Taman Kecamatan Sumbermalang Situbondo
Abstract
Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik merupakan salah satu upaya yang perlu terus dikembangkan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan bimbingan secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru menyusun RPP tematik terpadu dengan pendekatan saintifik melalui bimbingan berkelanjuta. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan dengan model Stepen Kemnis, Strategi Kerja Praktek dengan Teknik Bimbingan Berkelanjutan, dirancang dalam 2 (dua) siklus. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terjadinya peningkatan motivasi dan kompetensi guru guru dalam menyusun RPP Tematik Terpadu dangan pendekatan Saintifik, yaitu kelompok guru kelas rendah meningkat dari 77,6% pada siklus 1 menjadi 88,8% pada siklus 2, kelompok guru kelas tinggi meningkat dari 79,9% pada siklus 1 menjadi 87,7% pada siklus 2. Kesimpulannya adalah Bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP tematik terpadu dengan pendekatan saintifik.
