Implementasi Model CCL sebagai Solusi Pembelajaran dalam Meningkatkan Literasi Sains Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in scientific literacy through the implementation of the CCL model on energy and its changes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at SDN Lampeuneurut with a total of 160 students. The sampling technique was random sampling, so the sample in the study was students of class IV-B totaling 40 students consisting of 22 female students and 18 male students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets and test items. Data analysis techniques used percentages to measure the implementation of the CCL model, and scientific literacy analysis was carried out using gain. The results showed that the implementation of the CCL model was 83% which was categorized as good. The results of the scientific literacy analysis show an increase with a gain score for the problem identification indicator, namely 0.5; the indicator of drawing conclusions is 0.7 and the indicator of making decisions is 0.5. The increase in scientific literacy in the gain is categorized in the medium category. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the CCL model can increase elementary school students' scientific literacy in the subject of energy and its changes.
