Pengaruh Perceived Organization Support terhadap Turnover Intention dan Komitmen Kerja Islami sebagai Variabel Intervening di PT. Mitra Sukses Mandiri Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kasus yang terjadi tiba-tiba karyawan yang paling loyal dan berkompeten di perusahaan tiba-tiba mengatakan ingin pindah/keluar kerja, maka dari itu perusahaan harus senantiasa memberi dukungan-dukungan yang bersifat positif terhadap para karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organization support dengan turnover intention,  dan untuk menganalisis komitmen kerja Islami melalui perceived organization support dengan turnover intention di PT. Mitra Sukses Mandiri Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yaitu 215 karyawan di PT. Mitra Sukses Mandiri Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung.  Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana.  Hasil penelitiannya adalah    ada pengaruh perceived organization support dengan turnover intention di PT. Mitra Sukses Mandiri Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung dan variabel  komitmen kerja Islami   dapat memperkuat pengaruh perceived organization support terhadap turnover intention  pada PT. Mitra Sukses Mandiri Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung.
