FT ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN SEKOLAH TERHADAP INOVASI PEDAGOGIK DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SMPS 2 AL-MUHAJIRIN
Abstrak
Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan sekolah untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern melalui penguatan kebijakan yang mendorong kreativitas guru, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung inovasi pedagogik diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pencapaian hasil belajar optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sekolah di SMPS 2 Al-Muhajirin telah mengarah pada penguatan inovasi pedagogik melalui program pelatihan guru, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, pembiasaan budaya belajar aktif, dan peningkatan fasilitas pembelajaran. Implementasi inovasi pedagogik terlihat pada penggunaan model pembelajaran kolaboratif, berbasis proyek, integrasi teknologi, serta pendekatan diferensiasi sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Inovasi tersebut terbukti berdampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik, yang terlihat dari meningkatnya partisipasi, minat, antusiasme, serta kemandirian belajar. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, variasi kompetensi guru dalam mengadaptasi inovasi, serta kurangnya pendampingan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan sekolah yang terarah dan konsisten berperan penting dalam mendorong inovasi pedagogik, dan inovasi pedagogik tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan pelatihan berkelanjutan, optimalisasi fasilitas digital, dan peningkatan kolaborasi antar guru untuk memastikan keberlanjutan inovasi pedagogik di SMPS 2 Al-Muhajirin.
