UPAYA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM PENERAPAN GOOGLE WORKSPACE FOR EDUCATION MELALUI WORKSHOP IN ON IN DI SMA NEGERI 1 TURI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penerapan google workspace for education melalui workshop in on in di SMA Negeri 1 Turi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung dengan data kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah workshop in on in serta dampak peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam penerapan google workspace for education. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus meliputi empat kegiatan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu: mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan workshop in on in dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan google workspace for education di SMA Negeri 1 Turi . Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan persentase guru yang kompeten. Rata-rata guru yang kompeten pada siklus pertama 38,7%dan siklus kedua 87%. Tingkat student wellbeing juga meningkat pada siklus pertama 73,4 dan siklus kedua 84,5. Proses workshop juga berjalan baik dengan skor 85. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya worksop ini mampu memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan khususnya guru guru dalam menggunakan google workspace for education.
