PENGIRIMAN SPARE PART KAPAL DAN KETEPATAN WAKTU SUPPLY PADA MT SAVIR LION
Abstract
Pengiriman spare part kapal merupakan aktivitas penting dalam menjaga kelancaran operasi tanker, karena keterlambatan pasokan dapat mengganggu perawatan dan kesiapan kapal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat ketepatan waktu supply spare part MT. Savir Lion di PT Gemilang Bina Lintas Tirta serta mengidentifikasi faktor kendala yang menyebabkan keterlambatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif berbasis data sekunder berupa tracking order pengiriman spare part periode Januari-Desember 2024. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 268 data pengiriman, sedangkan sampel ditentukan secara purposive sebanyak 89 data pada kategori auxiliary engine, deck, engine, main engine, capital expenditure, dan boiler spare part. Data dianalisis melalui klasifikasi status pengiriman, tabulasi bulanan, perhitungan persentase keterlambatan, dan identifikasi faktor kendala. Hasil menunjukkan 44 pengiriman tepat waktu (49,44%) dan 45 pengiriman terlambat (50,56%). Faktor dominan keterlambatan berasal dari freight forwarding sebanyak 22 kasus (48,9%), supplier 16 kasus (35,6%), pembayaran 4 kasus (8,9%), dan administrasi 3 kasus (6,7%). Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan koordinasi, evaluasi mitra logistik, dan pengendalian dokumen untuk meningkatkan ketepatan waktu supply.
