FT STRATEGI PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PROSES PEMBELAJARAN
(STUDI KASUS PADA UPTD SDN 41 GEDONG TATAAN)
Abstract
pendidikan kolaboratif di UPTD SDN 41 Gedong Tataan, yang ditinjau dari aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta kendala dan upaya pengatasannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah sebagai informan utama serta kepala sekolah dari sekolah pembanding. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan website di UPTD SDN 41 Gedong Tataan masih belum optimal. Perencanaan penggunaan website belum terintegrasi dalam perencanaan strategis sekolah, pengorganisasian masih terpusat pada operator sekolah, dan pelaksanaan website belum dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran maupun sarana kolaborasi. Pengawasan terhadap penggunaan website juga belum dilakukan secara terstruktur karena belum adanya mekanisme evaluasi yang jelas. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya literasi digital guru, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta belum adanya kebijakan sekolah yang mengatur pemanfaatan website. Dibandingkan dengan sekolah pembanding, terdapat upaya pemanfaatan website yang lebih berkembang, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala teknis dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan kebijakan, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, serta pengelolaan yang sistematis agar website dapat berfungsi sebagai ekosistem pendidikan kolaboratif.
