PERANCANGAN WEBSITE: PENGELOLA ADMINISTRASI JASA RENOVASI RUMAH “HOUSE REPAIR”
Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem berbasis website untuk membantu UMKM jasa renovasi rumah “House Repair” mengelola administrasi secara lebih efisien dan terstruktur. Selama ini, proses administrasi masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari pencatatan data pelanggan, pengelolaan pesanan jasa, hingga pelaporan proyek yang menyebabkan pekerjaan lambat, tidak efisien, dan berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem digital yang menyederhanakan proses administrasi agar lebih cepat, rapi, dan mudah diakses oleh seluruh pihak terkait. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada pemangku kepentingan (pemilik, admin, surveyor, pekerja lapangan, dan pelanggan) untuk menggali kebutuhan sistem yang sebenarnya. Hasil tersebut menjadi dasar perancangan menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), dan desain antarmuka (UI) dengan Figma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem pengelolaan administrasi berbasis website telah merepresentasikan kebutuhan pengguna dengan baik dan berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mempermudah komunikasi antarbagian. Meskipun penelitian baru sampai tahap perancangan, hasilnya dapat menjadi dasar kuat untuk implementasi dan pengujian pada tahap berikutnya.
