EFEKTIVITAS MICROLEARNING DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN ASUHAN KEBIDANAN MAHASISWA STIKES BULELENG
Abstract
Peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap asuhan kebidanan berbasis bukti merupakan tantangan dalam pendidikan kebidanan, terutama di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas media microlearning digital dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa S1 Kebidanan STIKES Buleleng. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen tipe one group pretest-posttest. Sebanyak 54 mahasiswa semester IV–VII yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Asuhan Kebidanan menjadi subjek penelitian. Intervensi dilakukan melalui media microlearning berupa video pendek, infografis, dan kuis berbasis LMS yang diakses selama dua minggu. Instrumen utama berupa tes pilihan ganda 25 butir dianalisis menggunakan uji-t berpasangan, N-Gain Score, dan effect size Cohen’s d. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 48,00 pada pretest menjadi 82,00 pada posttest (p < 0,001). Nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,79 (kategori tinggi) dan effect size sebesar 1,25 (kategori besar) menunjukkan efektivitas tinggi intervensi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa microlearning digital efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap asuhan kebidanan berbasis bukti dan dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran kebidanan secara berkelanjutan.
