DINAMIKA KOMUNIKASI KELUARGA DALAM PENCEGAHAN BULLYING DIGITAL: WAWASAN BARU UNTUK KESELAMATAN ONLINE
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran orang tua dalam mendukung anak-anak mereka menghadapi masalah bullying digital dan bagaimana keterlibatan orang tua dapat meningkatkan keselamatan online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada orang tua dan anak-anak untuk memahami dinamika komunikasi terkait bullying digital. Sebanyak 30 orang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian, yang terdiri dari orang tua siswa, siswa dan guru di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam diskusi tentang keselamatan digital dan bullying dapat menghasilkan strategi intervensi yang lebih efektif dan pencegahan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengatasi bullying digital, yang masih minim diteliti, dan menawarkan panduan bagi orang tua untuk berkontribusi dalam melindungi anak-anak mereka di dunia maya.
