Optimizing Training Strategies: Enhancing Effectiveness and Performance Outcomes

Growing companies tend to shift the paradigm from viewing employees as work tools towards valuing them as competent human resources. Currently, trends show that employees who have new knowledge that is appropriate to the dynamics of changes occurring in the work environment are becoming increasingly important. A focus on human capital, which includes knowledge, education, training and skills, is now more crucial than ever. This research aims to explore whether education and training have an impact on employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of 75 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between education and employee performance, which means that the higher a person's level of education, the higher their performance. In addition, training also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicating that a higher level of training will improve the employee's performance

Kontribusi Pembelajaran Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapan Berwirausaha Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Luak

This research is motivated by the relatively high number of vocational school unemployment, one way to prevent and reduce it is to prepare students for entrepreneurship. Preparing students who are ready for entrepreneurship is done through learning Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship. This research aims to describe the learning outcomes for Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship, describe entrepreneurial readiness, and analyze the relationship between Creative projects and Entrepreneurship learning outcomes and students' entrepreneurial readiness at SMK Negeri 1 Luak District. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample for this research was 156 class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Luak District. The sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling, and the data was analyzed using descriptive and correlation analysis. The research results show that the learning outcomes for Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship of class XII students are in the low category with a percentage of 33%, while students' entrepreneurial readiness is in the medium category with a percentage of 39%. Based on the hypothesis test results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between Creative and Entrepreneurship Project Learning Outcomes and the Entrepreneurial Readiness of class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Luak District. So that the learning outcomes and learning can be used as a reference in increasing students' entrepreneurial readiness.

Pengaruh Perlindungan Konsumen, Kepatuhan Pajak, dan Deteksi Fraud terhadap Kinerja UMKM Batik Kota Pekalongan

This research aims to examine the influence of consumer protection, tax compliance and fraud detection on the performance of batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekalongan City. MSMEs are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, with batik as a cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO, providing opportunities to improve national economic performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 155 respondents from a total population of 1645. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the variables of consumer protection, tax compliance and fraud detection, as well as the performance of MSMEs. By using regression analysis via the SPSS application, the results show that the three independent variables have a significant effect on the performance of batik MSMEs. These findings emphasize the importance of consumer protection, compliance in tax payments, and fraud detection to improve the performance of MSMEs. It is recommended that batik MSMEs in Pekalongan improve services to consumers, comply with taxes, and understand the characteristics of fraud to strengthen the performance of batik MSMEs in Pekalongan.

Uncover Communication Strategy in Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School Bin Baz Yogyakarta in Indonesia

Communication plays an important role in the organization of Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy at the Islamic Center Bin Baz Islamic Boarding School. The research method uses qualitative research, this type of field research, interview data collection, documentation and observation. Data analysis by presenting the data obtained, classifying the data and entering the data into sub-sections, analyzing the data obtained. The results of the study at the Bin Baz Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School used a communication strategy to students more by using direct communication (face to face), and to the guardians of students by using individual communication via cell phone/online or in general by using zoom media/group wa/fb. Implementation of bonding activities by assisting students with small groups, the task of the homeroom teacher is also the guardian of the dormitory, and strengthening activities between ustadzah and students. The positive effect of bonding between ustdzah and santri is that the ustadzah recognizes female students from their backgrounds, etc. student violations decreased. The culture that is built in communication at Islamic boarding schools is a way of communicating between ustdzah and female students with good and positive speech and language.

Diagnosis Kemampuan Belajar: Suatu Tinjauan Kecemasan Statistik dan Dukungan Akademik

Fenomena kompleksitas dalam diagnosis kemampuan belajar mahasiswa, dengan fokus pada suatu tinjauan yang menggabungkan aspek kecemasan statistik dan dukungan akademik. Kecemasan statistik menjadi subjek utama dalam analisis, mengingat dampaknya yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan statistik yang dialami mahasiswa dengan kemampuan belajar mereka, sambil mengeksplorasi peran dukungan akademik sebagai mediator yang mungkin mempengaruhi hubungan tersebut. Melalui pendekatan interdisipliner yang menggabungkan psikologi pendidikan, statistik, dan manajemen akademik, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam dalam memahami dinamika diagnosis kemampuan belajar mahasiswa di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Objek penelitian adalah para mahasiswa prodi manajemen yang mengambil mata kuliah statistik, dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuisioner dengan analisis SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat korelasi positif antara kecemasan statistik dengan kemampuan belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan dampak besar kecemasan statistik terhadap kemampuan belajar. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan H1 disetujui dan kecemasan statistik memberikan dampak yang baik dan patut diperhatikan terhadap kemampuan belajar di Mahasiswa prodi manajemen UNISKA Kediri; Terdapat pengaruh kecemasan statistik terhadap dukungan akademik. Hal ini memperlihatkan bila kecemasan statistik pada Mahasiswa prodi manajemen UNISKA Kediri telah memberikan dampak positif dan penting terhadap dukungan akademik; Terdapat Pengaruh kemampuan belajar terhadap dukungan akademik, Hal ini menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh kemampuan belajar terhadap dukungan akademik. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan dukungan akademik di Mahasiswa prodi manajemen UNISKA Kediri mempunyai dampak yang baik dan patut diperhatikan terhadap dukungan akademik; Terdapat Pengaruh kecemasan statistic terhadap dukungan akademik melalui kemampuan belajar Dengan demikian artinya kecemasan statistik di Mahasiswa prodi manajemen UNISKA Kediri sendiri memberikan dampak terhadap kemampuan belajar akibat dukungan akademik.

Business Internationalization in the Wood Pellet Industry: Increasing Competitiveness in the Global Market

This study aims to analyze business internationalization strategies in the sustainable wood pellet industry, specifically in facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in the global market. Business internationalization in this sector has become relevant given the increasing global demand for renewable energy. The study used the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis method to identify the main factors affecting the company's competitiveness in international expansion. The results of the analysis show that high product quality and sustainable raw materials are the company's competitive advantages, but limited production capacity and dependence on certain markets can be obstacles in the internationalization process. In addition, global competition and fluctuating raw material prices emerge as threats that need to be anticipated with risk mitigation strategies and operational efficiency. The practical implications of this study include recommendations for capacity building and market diversification, while its theoretical contributions enrich the literature related to MSME internationalization in the renewable energy sector. The study offers strategic perspectives to guide firms in developing sustainable global competitiveness in the wood pellet market.

The development of this curriculum is designed with an approach that integrates project-based learning that is made in various subjects. This study aims to develop and evaluate a project-based curriculum to improve students' creativity and collaboration. This research method uses literature study (library research). The findings found that the development of this project-based curriculum was carried out so that students could explore, design, and implement learning concepts in real contexts. This process not only hones critical thinking skills but also interpersonal communication skills. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the project-based curriculum in improving students' creativity and collaboration.

Transformasi Pesantren di Indonesia: Peran dalam Pendidikan Islam, Nasionalisme, dan Perubahan Sosial

This study examines the role of Islamic boarding schools in the development of Islamic education in Indonesia, especially in the 19th to early 20th centuries, and its impact on the national movement and social transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach with historical methods, relying on literature studies and data analysis from various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and related documentation. The results of the study show that Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions, not only function as centers of religious learning, but also as agents of social change and character formation. Through religious education that teaches moral values, ethics, and a spirit of independence, Islamic boarding schools play a strategic role in introducing nationalism and fighting colonial occupation. This study also identifies the modernization of Islamic boarding schools after independence, which integrates formal education and science with a religion-based curriculum. In addition, this study highlights the challenges and opportunities of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era and globalization, which paves the way for the development of Islamic boarding school education that is more adaptive to the needs of the times. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic boarding schools not only play a role in maintaining Islamic identity, but also in forming a society that is nationalistic, competitive, and ready to face global challenges. This research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education that is relevant to the social and cultural context of today's Indonesia.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan kepuasan kerja dapat dilihat dari peningkatan jumlah karyawan yang berhenti sehingga penurunan kepuasan kerja tersebut menyebabkan penurunan kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja bagi seorang pegawai merupakan faktor yang amat penting karena kepuasan yang diperolehnya akan turut dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi, promosi pekerjaan, pengawasan dan lingkungan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga berhubungan dengan outcomes seperti kinerja, sehingga apabila kepuasan kerja semakin tinggi maka akan menimbulkan semangat dalam bekerja. Pendekatan penelitiannya adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosatif. Populasi penelitian adalah keseluruhan objek yang sedang diteliti oleh peneliti yaitu 49 karyawan. karena populasinya kurang dari 100 maka populasi diambil semua, sehingga sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 49 karyawan di Bank Jatim Cabang Nganjuk. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitiannya adalah 1) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. 2) Ada pengaruh promosi pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja 3) Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 4) Ada pengaruh rekan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja 5) Ada pengaruh kompensasi, promosi pekerjaan, pengawasan dan rekan kerja Terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Budaya Pamali dan Strategi Penerapan Pola Asuh Berkesadaran

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of implementing conscious parenting in forming an understanding of taboo culture. This study uses a mixed method or a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The number of respondents/research informants is 100 people. The determination of respondents uses a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study, as many as 85% of the old generation of the Banjar tribe still believe in taboos and prohibitions as a form of local wisdom. The types of taboos are divided into three parts, customary taboos (60%), natural taboos (10%), and taboos in social interaction (20%). The strategy of inheriting values in the form of advice and examples is integrated through parenting. The combination of the application of authoritarian, authoritative, and laizs faire parenting patterns forms a conscious parenting pattern. As many as 75% of respondents acknowledge the important role of the older generation such as grandparents, fathers and mothers as guardians of cultural identity.

Examining the Impact of Transformational Leadership on Knowledge Sharing: The Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitment

This study aims to investigate the relationship pattern between transformational leadership and knowledge-sharing behavior, focusing on the role of organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on 269 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) employees in Sukun District, Malang City. The path analysis method was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The analysis results showed that organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on knowledge-sharing behavior among employees. This finding suggests that when employees feel emotionally and rationally attached to the organization, they are more likely to share knowledge. On the other hand, although transformational leadership does not directly affect knowledge-sharing behavior, its influence becomes more pronounced through organizational commitment, which acts as a mediator in the relationship. The results of this study provide valuable insights for MSME actors about the importance of building organizational commitment to encourage a culture of knowledge sharing, as well as the pressure of the need for leaders who can inspire and motivate employees.

Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Menggunakan Huruf Kapital Melalui Strategi Menulis Terbimbing Berbantuan Media Puzzle pada Siswa Kelas II

This research was conducted to describe the improvement in writing skills for class II students using capital letters by implementing guided writing strategies assisted by puzzle media. This type of research is classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc model research design. Taggart is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle has four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects in class II were 11, including four female and seven male students. Research data was collected through observation and writing tests. The data analysis technique used is percentage analysis. Data analysis was carried out on the results of the writing skills test using capital letters. Based on the implementation of the research, it showed that the percentage of students' completion increased significantly in the pre-cycle by 18%, increased in cycles 1 to 54%, and cycles 2 to 80%. So, the application of guided writing strategies assisted by puzzle media can be said to be successful in improving writing skills using capital letters in class II students

APenelitian ini menganalisis peran mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (PBSI) di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dalam menerapkan nilai spiritualitas sebagai hidden curriculum melalui pembiasaan membaca ayat-ayat pendek Al-Qur'an sebelum perkuliahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melibatkan wawancara terhadap empat mahasiswa dari latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan mahasiswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan dan adaptasi mereka terhadap praktik ini. Mahasiswa dari lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama, seperti Madrasah Aliyah dan pesantren, lebih mudah beradaptasi daripada sekolah umum. Pembiasaan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kedisiplinan, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman spiritual mahasiswa, yang pada gilirannya mendukung pengembangan karakter religius mereka.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of performance of graduates of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN North Sumatra, based on the level of stakeholder satisfaction as users, identify attributes that need to be improved, and provide recommendations for developing the quality of graduates. The approach is a mixed method with data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented as tables, graphs, and diagrams. The study results indicate that, in general, stakeholders are satisfied and give a good assessment of alumni performance. However, improvements are needed in communication skills, professionalism, leadership, and mastery of technology. Recommendations for departments include strengthening communication skills through language training with TOEFL certification and public speaking practice, leadership development, and increasing professionalism by implementing more practices relevant to the field of study and the needs of the world of work, including providing professional certifications required by companies.

The Impact of E-Commerce on the Growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia

This study examines the impact of e-commerce on the growth and development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia through a systematic literature review analyzing 46 peer-reviewed references from the Scopus and Google Scholar database. The research employs qualitative synthesis to capture the nuanced experiences of MSME owners and stakeholders in their digital transformation journey. By systematically reviewing and synthesizing findings from prior research, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of how e-commerce adoption influences business performance, market expansion, and operational sustainability. The analysis reveals that e-commerce has significantly transformed MSMEs by enabling broader market reach, streamlining business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and generating increased revenue streams. However, the study also identifies critical challenges impeding widespread digital adoption, including low digital literacy among entrepreneurs, inadequate technological infrastructure, limited access to digital financing, and complex regulatory frameworks. These barriers particularly affect MSMEs in rural and remote regions, creating a digital divide in Indonesia's MSME ecosystem. The findings contribute valuable insights for policymakers, business support organizations, and technology providers in developing targeted interventions to accelerate successful e-commerce adoption among Indonesian MSMEs.

Pengembangan Buku Pedoman Manajemen Life Skill untuk Peserta Didik di SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum

This research is motivated by: 1) Determination of teaching materials and material content does not fully refer to students' needs, 2) The purpose of learning skills in most schools is still a compulsory subject, 3) Schools teach the ability to market the work of ABK, 4) Teacher human resources are not yet all of them have competence in mastering the content of the material and learning methods for ABK skills. For this reason, researchers have created a guidebook for teachers. With this guidebook, it is hoped that teachers will be more creative in managing life skills education in schools. Apart from that, having a manual means that we have provided children with the provisions to enter the world of work. The purpose of this research is to produce a life skill management manual for students at SLB N 1 Lima Kaum.

This type of research is R&D research with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This study uses data analysis techniques, namely, validation sheets and questionnaires. The validation sheet was assessed by three expert experts. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the validation of the life skill management handbook for SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum students. This product has also been validated by three validators with very valid criteria (86.29%). In the practicality stage, from the results of the questionnaire, the responses of SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum teachers obtained a percentage (90.83%) with very practical criteria. Thus the life skill management handbook for SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum students has become a reference guide in implementing life skill management.

Pengaruh Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa SMK Tata Boga di SMKN 1 Praya Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Aspek yang dipelajari selama mengikuti praktik kerja industri (2) Bagaimana Pengalaman praktik kerja industri SMKN 1 Praya Barat (3) Bagaimana Kesiapan kerja siswa lulusan SMKN 1 Praya Barat(4) Pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII program keahlian tata boga SMKN 1 Praya Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 1 Praya Barat di Lombok Tengah pada program keahlian Tata Boga kelas XII. Populasi siswa berjumlah 30 siswa.. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non Probability sampling sebanyak 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui angket(kuisioner) yang telah diuji validasi isi oleh validator ahli, validitas konstruk, serta reliabelitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Croanbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi sederhana dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diuji menggunakan IBM SPPS versi 28.0 Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Aspek yang dipelajari selama praktik kerja industri yaitu pengalaman persiapan, pengolahan dan penyajian. Pengalaman yang dipelajari cooking, pastry bakery dan service (2) Pengalaman praktik kerja industri termasuk katagori cukup 60%, pengalaman praktik kerja 3 bulan 66,7%, 6 bulan 74,5%, berdasarkan tempat di hotel bintang 3 yaitu 74,1%, hotel bintang 4 yaitu 82,9% Pengalaman praktik kerja industri di departemen cooking 70,7% pastry and bakery 73,5% dan service 77,8% (3) kesiapan kerja siswa termasuk katagori baik 66,7%, kesiapan kerja berdasarkan lama prakerin 3 bulan 50,0%, 6 bulan 81,6% kesiapan kerja berdasarkan tempat di hotel bintang 3 yaitu 100%, hotel bintang 4 yaitu 82,9% hotel bintang 5 yaitu 50%. Kesiapan kerja terhadap bidang cooking 55,1% pastry and bakery 70,6% dan pada service 77,8% (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 adapun besaran efektif pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan kontribusi 40,3% dan sebesar 59,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

Penelitian ini menganalisis evaluasi pendidikan kewirausahaan di Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana melalui pendekatan meta-analisis untuk mengukur dampak relevansi program terhadap kebutuhan industri mode dan tekstil. Dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA, 26 publikasi yang relevan diidentifikasi untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas kurikulum, keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, dan keselarasan dengan tuntutan pasar kerja. Funnel plot mengonfirmasi representativitas data dan validitas temuan. Evaluasi berbasis teknologi, seperti analisis data besar dan pembelajaran mesin, menjadi tren yang mendukung inovasi dalam pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan.
