Information Technology Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Situbondo, Indonesia
Abstract
Advances in information and communication technology (ICT) have driven significant transformations in education, particularly in the learning process. Integrating technology into learning is crucial to addressing the challenges of education in the digital era, which demands more innovative, interactive, and student-oriented learning. This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of digital learning media in driving transformation in the learning process based on the results of a systematic literature review. The literature identification process resulted in 45 articles, which were then selected into 21 articles relevant to the research focus. The analysis results indicate that digital learning media plays a significant role in increasing student engagement, motivation, and active participation, as well as encouraging a shift in learning towards a student-centered approach. Digital media can also support the development of critical thinking skills, independent learning, and mastery of 21st-century skills. With the support of teacher mentoring and a conducive learning environment, the integration of digital learning media has proven effective in improving the quality of learning and addressing the challenges of educational transformation in the digital era.
